I think some Editors have agents, but it is very rare, and I’m not if they use those agents for the Australian Industry – sometimes they use them for their international work.
obviously this answer is too late, but often you can call up some post-places and can ask if they are able to do it for you. However it’s not usually that cheap.
ie. video8, cutting edge, those type of places might be able to set you up.
who is doing the conform and grade? I would ask them first about their preferred format and quality. Also is there the possibility you can work offinline in Pro Res and Upres at the end for the grade? Or are you working with your final resolution in the edit?
