Hi ASE…ers…One of the greatest living screen editors, Englishman, Terry Rawlings ( Alien and Blade Runner are two films of his you may be familiar with and do check out his equally impressive credits as a sound editor ) has a number of connections to Australia. In the early nineties he was here working editing a film that was called either “Penal Colony” and sometimes “Escape from Absolom” It was released in 1994 as “No Escape”…Directed by Martin CampbelI and starring Ray Liotta. I met Terry some years later and we have remained friends since.Recently he asked me a favour to see if I would be able to track down two local assistants that worked with him, that he remembers only as Allen and Caroline…They are not included on IMDB even as uncredited so.?
