In their new version of IMDb Pro there are plans to downgrade Editors so they do not appear on the front page of a film. The ASE believes that the Editor's contribution to a film is vital and downgrading Editors shows a clear lack of understanding of the film-making process. Please contact IMDb and let them know you think they should keep Editors as a main production credit.
IMDb plays a huge role in this industry and if they start ignoring Editors it is a very dangerous step. If you are on IMDb Pro make sure you are in the new Pro Labs version and go to the feedback link at the top. If you are in normal IMDb find the contact us section down the bottom.
