Nicholas Dunlop

Nick is a freelance Editor and Director of screen content.

His recent editing credits include the ABC-1 observational documentary series "The Dreamhouse" (2014), "My Three Families" (NITV, 2014), and “The One and Only” micro-doc series (ABC-2, 2014). Nick is currently producing and editing the Indigenous series "From the Western Frontier" for NITV.

In 2014, Nick was the winner of three West Australian Screen Awards including Best Editor, Best Direction and Best Factual Production (Longform) for his ABC Arts documentary series, “Comic Book Heroes”.

Nick's work ranges across feature film, short drama, feature documentaries, and documentary series for national and international clients such as ABC, SBS, Discovery, Beijing Jin Qi, ZDF, Lifestyle and ITV. He is a frequent guest lecturer in Editing and Screen Production at Murdoch University and the Film and Television Institute (WA). Nick is Secretary of the WA branch of Australian Screen Editors (ASE), and is Managing Director of Little Star Productions, a factual content production house and editing facility based in Subiaco.
