While enjoying the WORLD PREMIERE of Australian feature presentation Call Me Mum, you can also check out the co-screening of Australian short film Wobbegong - a story about a young boy who must embrace the challenges of growing up. Not to be missed is Jane Campion's outstanding short The Water Diary, which screens with the moving documentary Kanyini.
Boldly enter the digital world with Oz Digital Shorts,
a diverse line-up of exciting work covering everything from mobile
phone mania and fart jokes to origami gangster film noir. Curated by
Experimenta's Emma McRae, the program includes the works of
groundbreaking artists Thomas Fraser, Andrew Buchanan, Nathan
Jurevicius, Andrea and Craig Brookes, the Lycette Brothers, Fergus
Donald, Daniel Sneddon, Hafiz Zamri, Tim Henderson, Kate McCartney and
Thomas Leung.
