Useful tool

I have been playing with a great new piece of "donationware" called Witch. Just as Apple/Tab allows you to switch between open applications on your Mac, Witch lets you switch betwen open windows using Opt/Tab or whatever you choose. You can also exclude windows you would not want to go to.

Fantastic for single screen laptop editing or even 2 screen where you may want to be in full screen mode the whole time and still have easy access to your bins.

Thanks for letting us know about this Bill.

I've just downloaded it - it's not only useful for Final Cut but all applications, esp. Word and the Net.

Great!

Glad you found it useful Mel.

Here's another that I use dozens of times every day. I've always been a big fan of keyboard shortcuts and have used QuicKeys as long as I've been using a Mac. Now there is a better more powerful replacement that is FREE!

QucikSilver is not just a keyboard launcher of applications but an incredibly powerful tool that learns they way you work and remebers what you use most often.

Here are some links to get you going....

A video demo from the very useful Merlin Man....
