Lightbulb Super 8 viewing

Hi All.
I have a relative who has found some rolls of Super8 film and would like to view them to know what's on them, in order to decide if it's worth getting them transferred. (She is in Melbourne.) I believe its only a small number of rolls.
Does anyone have such a viewing facility (just a manual winder/viewer would suffice) or can you suggest a facility to briefly view some Super8 footage?

Regards to all,
Neil Ryan
