Hello,
Having just joined this guild I have spent the last few hours browsing through the different letters and threads on this website and found it very interesting.
I am Australian and I have been living and working in Hong Kong as an Editor for the last 26 years. In that time I have been involved with many TV commercials, Docos, Corporate Films and Features.
It has been an exciting and interesting ride so far. I have also worked in Tokyo, Bangkok, Manila, Singapore and Shanghai.
Here there is really no forum for Editors to get together as you have in Australia so I have enjoyed the discussions on this board. Certainly there have been some memorable moments in a variety of drinking establishments!
I look forward to being part of this group and being able to partake in future discussion topics.
