FEGA
At the last meeting of FEGA on 24th March at Filmcentre, lan Walker film editor at the Commonwealth Film Unit, was elected new junior member of FEGA.
Douglas Holder, who has recently returned from America where he did the final mixing for Demonstrator at the Glen Glenn Sound Company, spoke about his experiences there (more about these in the next issue) of Script, Screen and Stage).
The next meeting of FEGA will be Mon. 19th April at the A.B.C * (studio 21). Tom Jeffrey, secretary of P.D.G., will speak on video editing as opposed to film editing. Examples will be taken from Dynasty and Delta. The meeting following this will be held 26th May.
Don Saunders has wound up the editing of Nickel Queen and Barrier Reef, and is now having a well-earned rest.
