I have just been offered my first professional broadcasting job with win tv, and wanted to ask a few questions from more seasoned editors.
I have been offered a trainee award, is this usual for a technical trainee role.
What sort of money is comman for such a role in a country station?
Is there anything I should look out for any nasties in the contract?
Any advice would be appreciated, Its a major break for me but I just want to cross my t's and . my i's as I have been burnt before.
